Osprey - Affordable Housing in New Denver, BC
The Osprey Residence is a new 10-unit affordable housing complex with both subsidized and lower-end-of-market apartments. The building includes studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, several of which are accessible. All apartments have their own private entrance, parking space and level entry.

We strongly encourage prospective future tenants to complete an application so that we have a pool of people that we may call on when an apartment comes available. There is usually only a short turnover time to decide who the next tenant will be and we are not able to wait for an application to be processed before making our decision.
