Slocan Valley Housing Society is Hiring

The successful applicant for this position will manage day to day operations at both of our facilities located in the Village of Slocan,  Slocan City Suites and k̓m̓qin̓. This is a three-phase position. Phase one, starting September 1, is property manager for Slocan City Suites. Phase 2, starting in late October or November, adds the pre-occupancy work for k̓m̓qin̓, preparing paperwork, assisting in the selection of tenants and learning the systems required for tenant move-in in March 2027. The third phase, starting in March 2027, adds the actual property management of k̓m̓qin̓. This position can be either an employee position or a contract position.
